Josh Ohl began his journey at ASI as a laborer, dedicating a decade to the company. After a brief stint elsewhere, he returned as Vice President of Construction Management before assuming the role of President in July 2023. With over 17 years of commercial roofing experience and a background in family-owned construction, Josh leads ASI with a focus on strategic planning and customer satisfaction. Outside work, he cherishes time with his wife and two sons.
Jim Fischer has been with ASI for over 14 years, currently serving as Vice President of Operations. Having returned to ASI in 2015 for its culture and growth opportunities, Jim oversees production, procurement, and fleet management. With over two decades in commercial roofing, including roles at Holland Roofing and Burns & Scalo, Jim brings invaluable expertise to ASI. Married with three children, he finds joy in both professional excellence and family life.
Rodney Smith's nine-year tenure at ASI began as a project foreman, now serving as Project Executive. With 17 years in commercial roofing and 15 in residential, Rodney oversees field operations and ASI's siding unit. Outside work, he treasures time with his wife, four children, and four grandchildren.
Shane Hubbard's decade-long journey at ASI started as a service assistant, now leading sales as Sales Executive. Responsible for estimations and business development, Shane's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unwavering. In both professional and personal life, Shane's dedication remains steadfast.
